I placed my order. How long does it take before I receive my video?

  • After your successfully submitted a video request, you will receive your video within 7 (seven) days. But often you will receive it well before that time… If you have not received a video after 7 days, you will receive a full refund.

How can I pay for my order?

  • On Josss you can pay using your bKash account, or with any local bank card. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, or other payment methods at this point in time.

Why do creators have different prices?

  • On Josss, creators decide their own pricing. In general, a very popular celebrity will be more expensive than a creator with fewer followers, due to supply and demand. Over time, creators are allowed to update their pricing to suit their personal preferences and frequency.

I am not happy with my video. What do I do?

  • We are very sorry that your video from the creator does not meet your expectations, despite our internal review. Please contact us at support@josss.co, include your order number, and let us know the reason you are dissatisfied. We will find a solution to make you happy again!

I want a creator on Josss to endorse my product or brand!

  • We totally understand!! Contact us at support@josss.co and give us a small brief about your brand and your video objective. We will work with you and the creator to ensure a suitable solution! Please note that pricing for commercial videos will differ from the consumer rates listed on the platform.

My order was canceled. Why?

  • As per our Terms & Conditions, our team reviews each video order to ensure there is nothing inappropriate about the request. This may be a reason why your request was canceled. However, you may be eligible for a (partial) refund. Please contact us at support@josss.co so we can better help you! 

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

  • Refunds are processed once a month, so you will always be refunded within 30 (thirty) days.
